Good Music, but a bit repetitive Sep 11, 2008

We LOVE Susie Tallman in our home. We have every single one of her CDs and eagerly awaited the release of this one, Let's Go. Unfortunately, it is not a hit with us. There are many great classic songs on it, but Tallman sings nearly all of them herself, which is different from her other albums. Also, there are a few songs that have the same melody with different words and both versions are long. This makes the CD seem really short.

All three of my kids (ages 5, 3, 1) enjoy Tallman's Classic Nursery Rhymes the best, and so do I. Let's Go is good, but not something I can listen to over and over again.

My children love all of her music/CD's. We got the first 2 as gifts. It's fun for everyone to listen to and the vocals are great (adults and children). I like the updated versions and my children have learned all of the songs. It's something we don't mind listening to in the car and singing along with as we go.

My 2 and 4 year old girls get excited when they hear the first song on "Let's Go!" In almost no time, they've learned all the songs and love to sing along with Susie Tallman and Friends. Susie's done it again! This is a great compilation of clever songs that help make that potentially prickly "toddler drive time" a pleasure. I would recommend this to anyone with a sense of fun.

We have all of Susie's CDs and this is one of our 3 favorites. The songs are so fun, and we find ourselves all singing and dancing together every time we play it. There is so much kid's music out there that we just really don't resonate with but Susie's is so refreshing! Our toddler calls this "her music" and we can't leave home without it....

My son and I have really enjoyed this CD in the car. It is also excellent for group exercise with strollers. The kids and the moms all smile and get moving. It is fun to remember my old summer camp days and think ahead to when my child will make his own camp memories. The pleasantly long list of songs here are silly and singable and great to share.
