A flop! Feb 21, 2007
By Sam This traveling kit is perfect for military personnel or the frequent traveler. The kit contains a large compartment for all of your toiletries complete with a mini mirror that actually works! The kit is also very well made, it has high quality YKK zippers, double stitching at stress points, and sturdy pack cloth. UPDATE: 8-8-07 Ok, I take back everything I just said with the excpetion of the mirror. When I wrote the review I thought that this kit would work very well on my Iraqi deployment. After about two weeks the zipper failed and would not go back on track. We had to walk about 250 yards to the showers, and things would spill out of this kit the entire way there. This led to plenty of broken shower products where there are no stores to buy more soap and toothbrushes.

i threw mine away (but kept the mirror) May 09, 2007
By David Siegel First, this thing is built like a Mac truck, which makes it about as heavy as one. Not something I'm willing to travel with. Second, it has big elastic straps to hold huge bottles, so if you're traveling with a lot of shampoo bottles and it might fall out of the car and bounce along the road for a while, then this is the product you need. The toothbrush holder is too tight, and the arrangement of pockets makes things hard to get at. The mirror is useful - I'm going to put it in my zip-lock bag with my other items and go on my trip.

Perfect! Feb 23, 2007
By Mandi This is the perfect size for everything I need to travel. I keep it packed and ready to go and can just grab it and throw it in my bag for last-minute trips and don't have to worry about forgetting anything important. You can fit a lot more in it than what you think when you initially get it and it helps you remember to pack light. If you can't fit it in the bag, either get a travel-sized version or re-evalauate what you're packing!

Great Item Jan 17, 2007
By Mama g I purchased this for my husband and he loves it. Holds a lot, does not take up a lot of space and it has great organization. Additionally, it is not the dreary black or grey or dull colors that toiletries kits usually are.

A nice bag, but not that useful.... May 21, 2007
By Michael Leonardo This bag was pretty sturdy, but I was a bit disappointed. For one, the mirror was fairly cheap and barely usable. Second, while it's not really the bag's fault, but the ample space for toiletries is pretty moot, since airport security now restricts all liquids to 100ml / 3oz. This meant I had to carry all my toiletries in a separate plastic baggie anyway, so all of the bigger elastic straps went pretty un-used. I would have liked a few more slots to hold razors and/or the blade cartridges.
It was probably more useful before restrictions, but it could now really use a redesign, at least if you're flying. The one thing I did find nice were the noticible colors (I got yellow). The color made it easy to find among your other packed items.
